Our Expectation

From Pupils

• Teacher will meet and greet pupils at the classroom door.
• The teacher is in charge of where pupils will sit to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Pupils will be engaged in learning immediately.
• Pupils must be in silence for the register.
• Pupils must answer the register with “Yes Sir/Miss”
• Pupils will stand behind chairs before leaving the classroom. The teacher will dismiss them in an orderly fashion.
• Pupils must leave the classroom in an orderly manner.
• Pupil’s teacher will use the warning system.

From Tutor

• Registration begins at 10 am.
• If pupils are late than 9:40 am, they are late.
• Pupils must sit in silence for the register.
• Pupil must have a pen, pencil, ruler. planner and bag and be wearing full uniform as checks will be done daily.
• Logbook will be checked.
• Pupil’s Student Council Representation will use form period to discuss issues.
• Pupils must leave the classroom in an orderly manner.
• Any persistent latecomers or absentees will be referred to their Year Group Leader.
• Parents/carers will be contacted for both positive and negative behavior.
